The event is held at "Soto Terrace", which transmits, inherits, and succeeds the traditional culture nurtured and protected by Nakamachi Flower Street and the arts cultivated in Hachioji.
You can now experience up close, the traditional culture of the geisha district, which was previously only reserved for special occasions.
